Francisco Cláudio Oliveira Silva Filho

Advogado, professor, consultor e pesquisador. Doutorando do Programa de Pós-graduação em Ciências Jurídicas da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (2021 - atualmente). Mestre em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal do Ceará (2019). Graduado pela Faculdade de Direito da UFC (2008), especialista em Direito Público (2014) e em Economia e Desenvolvimento (2011). Integrante do Grupo de Pesquisa Marxismo e Realismo Jurídico (CCJ-UFPB). É membro da Comissão de Direitos Humanos da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil - Seção Ceará (OAB/CE), da Rede Nacional de Advogadas e Advogados Populares (RENAP) e da Associação Brasileira de Juristas pela Democracia (ABJD).

Lawyer, teacher and researcher. Master's degree in Law from the Law School of the Federal University of Ceará (2019). Graduated from the Law School of Federal University of Ceará (2008), specialist in Public Law (2014) and economics and development (2011). He is currently professor of law at Uninassau Parangaba and coordinator of the Office of Human Rights and Popular Legal Advice Dom Aloísio Lorscheider of the City Council of Fortaleza. Member of the "Public Services research group and conditions of effectiveness" (PPGD-UFC). He is a member of the Human Rights Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association - Ceará (OAB/CE), the National Network of Lawyers and Popular Lawyers (RENAP) and the Brazilian Association of Jurists for Democracy (ABJD). Professional practice: Special Ombudsman of Human Rights of the Office of the Governor of the State of Ceará (2017-2018), temporary professor at the State University of Ceará (2018), General Coordinator (2015-2016) and lawyer (2012-2013) of the Program for the Protection of Human Rights Defenders of the Ceará (PEPDDH/CE), lawyer of the Office of Human Rights and Popular Legal Counsel Frei Tito de Alencar of the Legislative Assembly of Ceará (2014-2015), lawyer of the Landless Rural Workers Movement (2006-2012) and member of the Terramar Institute (2011-2012).
