Marcos Luiz da Silva

He holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Federal University of Piauí (1995). Post-graduate degree in Public Law from the Federal University of Piauí. He has been a Uespi faculty member since 2004. He was also Professor of Law at other private colleges in Teresina, Piauí. He is also a member of the Attorney General of the Union, occupying the position of Lawyer of the Union of special category - ADVOCACY-GENERAL OF THE UNION. He has experience in the area of Law and higher education, working in the areas of Constitutional, Administrative and Civil Procedural Law and Theory of Law.

Possui graduação em bacharelado em direito pela Universidade Federal do Piauí (1995). Pós-graduado em Direito Público pela Universidade Federal do Piauí. Mestre em Filosofia pela Universidade Federal do Piauí (2019). Professor efetivo da Uespi desde 2004. Também foi Professor de Direito em outras faculdades particulares de Teresina, Piauí. Também é membro da Advocacia-Geral da União, ocupando o cargo de Advogado da União de categoria especial - ADVOCACIA-GERAL DA UNIÃO. Tem experiência na área de Direito e no magistério superior, com atuação nas áreas de Direito Constitucional, Administrativo e Processual Civil, Hermenêutica Jurídica e Teoria do Direito.
