Frederico Poles Borgonovi

Master in Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC / SP; post-graduate degree in Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC / SP (Cogeae); specialist in Civil Procedural Law at Unisul / SC in partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP); Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC / SP. Researcher author of articles published in the areas of Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Philosophy of Law, International Law, Science and Political Philosophy and Procedural Law. His research has as its main object the study of the interdisciplinarity of these subjects and the relationship between Law and Political Science, especially in Theory of the Constitution, through the analysis of the relationship between the constituent power, constitutionalism, democracy, populism, the state of exception and human rights in a multilevel constitutionalism. Judicial analyst at the Federal Court in São Paulo since 2006, with experience in the areas of procedural, administrative, constitutional, social security and tax law.

Mestre em Direito Constitucional pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC/SP; pós-graduado em Direito Constitucional pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC/SP(Cogeae); especialista em Direito Processual Civil pela Unisul/SC em parceria com o Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Processual (IBDP); bacharel em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC/SP. Pesquisador autor de artigos publicados nas áreas de Direito Constitucional, Direitos Humanos, Filosofia do Direito, Direito Internacional, Ciência e Filosofia Política e Direito Processual. Sua pesquisa tem por principal objeto o estudo da interdisciplinariedade dessas matérias e a relação do Direito com a Ciência Política, mormente na Teoria da Constituição, por meio da análise da relação entre o poder constituinte, o constitucionalismo, a democracia, o populismo, o estado de exceção e os direitos humanos em um constitucionalismo multinível. Analista judiciário da Justiça Federal em São Paulo desde 2006, com experiência de atuação nas áreas de direito processual, administrativo, constitucional, previdenciário e tributário.
