Has degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal da Paraíba (2005) and Industrial Chemistry (2010), Master in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal da Paraíba (2007) focused on the area to dry food and is studying a doctorate in mechanical engineering from University Federal da Paraiba, focusing on food drying area. Besides the study of scientific research, I am interested by the Food Quality and Safety, providing consultancy in this area. Even at graduation, I had the opportunity to work in some companies, which gave me very basic and critical view of the reality of Brazil in the match that the Food Quality and Safety. I believe I can develop my skills and expertise, as well as gain my professional achievement, through a service that can mean improvement, coupled with the provision of quality work. The activities that already worked were: - Development, deployment and implementation of SSOP (Procedures Sanitation Standard Operating) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) - Adequacy of the facilities in accordance with the standards of current health law - development, deployment and implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) - development and deployment checklist and worksheets for Process Control - Development and implementation of Cicha Techniques. - Knowledge and Development of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) - Courses and Training - Auditing Practices - Evaluation of Performance in Quality Awards, among others.
Professora Doutora com Dedicação Exclusiva do Departamento de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental (DESA) da Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB). Possui Graduação em Engenharia de Alimentos (2005) e Química Industrial (2010) pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba, Mestrado (2007) e Doutorado (2012) em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba com foco na área de secagem de alimentos. MBA em Gestão Empreendedora e Inovação pela Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (2017). Tem experiência na área de Engenharia de Energia, com ênfase em Engenharia Térmica, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: secagem, adsorption, drying of biological products, dryer system, energy analysis e heat recovery.
Além do estudo da pesquisa científica, tenho interesse pela Qualidade e Segurança Alimentar, prestando consultorias nestas áreas. Desenvolvendo produtos alimentares com foco nas Boas Práticas de Fabricação.
