Arnaldo de Freitas Vieira

Doctor and Master in Media Communication from the Faculty of Architecture, Arts and Communication of the São Paulo State University (FAAC/Unesp), Bauru campus. Postgraduate Latu-Sensu in Communication and Multimedia Technology by the Union of Colleges of the Great Lakes - UNILAGO (2007). Graduated in Social Communication - Qualification in Journalism by the União das Faculdades dos Grandes Lagos - UNILAGO (2001). He also has a degree in Visual Arts - Full Degree, from the Claretiano University Center (2022). He is currently Advisor to the Deans of the University Center of Rio Preto-UNIRP. He was Coordinator of the Courses in Social Communication and Arts-Journalism and Publicity and Propaganda at the University Center of Rio Preto-UNIRP. He served as a Post-Graduate and Undergraduate Professor in the Social Communication, Marketing, Administration and Engineering courses at UNILAGO and was Coordination Assistant for the Social Communication-Journalism, Publicity and Propaganda and Public Relations Courses at the same faculty. In public power, he was Municipal Director of Theaters and Museums of the Municipality of S.J.do Rio Preto, at the Municipal Secretariat of Culture between 2013 and 2014. He was also Director of PROCON S.J. do Rio Preto, Municipal Unit of the PROCON-SP Foundation from 2017 to 2020. He was General Director of the City Council of S.J.do Rio Preto. He has experience in the area of Communication (Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations), Marketing, Arts, Cinema, Audiovisual, Business Communication, Political Consulting and Advisory, Public Administration, Sociology and Oratory. He also acts as an ad hoc assessor for INEP/MEC.

Foi Coordenador dos Cursos de Comunicação Social e Artes - Jornalismo e Publicidade e Propaganda do Centro Universitário de Rio Preto - UNIRP. Atuou como Docente de Pós-Graduação e Graduação dos cursos de Comunicação Social, Marketing, Administração e Engenharia da UNILAGO e foi Auxiliar de Coordenação dos Cursos de Comunicação Social - Jornalismo, Publicidade e Propaganda e Relações Públicas da mesma faculdade. No poder público, foi Diretor Municipal de Teatros e Museus da Prefeitura de S.J.do Rio Preto, na Secretaria Municipal de Cultura entre 2013 e 2014. Também foi Diretor do PROCON S.J. do Rio Preto, Unidade Municipal da Fundação PROCON-SP de 2017 a 2020. Foi Diretor-Geral da Câmara Municipal de S.J.do Rio Preto. Tem experiência na área de Comunicação (Jornalismo, Publicidade e Relações Públicas), Marketing, Artes, Cinema, Audiovisual, Comunicação Empresarial, Consultoria Política e Assessoria, Administração Pública, Sociologia e Oratória. Também atua como avaliador ad hoc do INEP/MEC.
