Daniela Bucci

Doutora e mestra em Direitos Humanos pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Atualmente é coordenadora do Observatório de violação de direitos humanos da região do Grande ABC (ODHUSCS) e Professora Pesquisadora (líder) do Grupo de Pesquisa (CNPQ) Direito e Novas Tecnologias da Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul . É pesquisadora do Núcleo de Estudos de Tribunais Internacionais da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (NETI-USP), coordenando atualmente o subgrupo Cortes de Direitos Humanos. Professora nos cursos de graduação e pós-graduação na área de Direitos Humanos e Direito Constitucional. Autora das obras: Dimensões Jurídicas da Proteção da Vida e o Aborto do Feto Anencéfalo (Clássica Editora) e Direito Eleitoral e Liberdade de Expressão: Limites Materiais (Editora Almedina). Tem experiência na área de Direitos Humanos, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Direito Internacional dos Direitos Humanos, Cortes Internacionais de Direitos Humanos,Teoria Geral dos Direitos Humanos, Processo Internacional dos Direitos Humanos, Direito Constitucional e Direitos Fundamentais e Direito Humanos e Novas Tecnologias. Researcher at the Center for the Study of International Courts of the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (NETI-USP), currently coordinating the Human Rights Cortes subgroup. Professor in undergraduate and graduate courses of human rights and constitutional law. Focused on Law with emphasis on Human Rights and the following related themes: Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights, International Human Rights Law, International Human Rights Courts, Theory of Human Rights, and International Human Rights Procedures and Human Rights and New technologies.
