Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (1990) and doctorate in Law from the University of São Paulo (2001). Currently it is MS5 of the Faculty of Law of USP. He has experience in the area of Social Sciences, with an emphasis on Human Rights, working mainly on the following themes: Human Rights, International Law, Non-Violence, Violence and Refugee.
