Post-doctorate in Law from the Regional Integrated University of Alto Uruguai e das Missões (URI - Santo Ângelo / RS -CAPES - PNPD), Doctor of Law from the University of Vale do Itajaí (UNIVALI), Master of Law from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC), Specialist in Political Law from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS) and Course from the Higher School of the Public Ministry of Porto Alegre. Participate in the Sandwich Doctorate Program (CAPES scholarship - University of Alicante - Spain). He is currently a professor at the University of Vale do Itajaí and coordinator of the Law course in Balneário Camboriú. He dedicates his studies in the constitutional area and its axes on fundamental rights and guarantees, organization and administration of the State. Researcher at the Conflict, Citizenship and Human Rights Research Group, linked to CNPQ. Author of the books "The Effectiveness of the Social Right to Early Childhood Education in Brazil (Tirant lo Blanch), Modern-Contemporary Constitutional Theory and the Positive Human Rights in Brazilian Constitutions (UPF Editora)", among other publications.Founding member of the Brazilian Institute of Municipal Public Law (IBDPM-2008) and of the Tropicos Institute (International Institute of Law, Culture and Innovation (2021). President of the Legal Education Commission of the OAB/SC (2019-2021). President of the Legal Education Commission of the OAB Subsection of Balneário Camboriú/SC. Member of the National Commission for Legal Education of the OAB (2022/2025).

Dedica seus estudos a área constitucional e seus eixos sobre direitos e garantias fundamentais, organização e administração do Estado. Pesquisador do Grupo de Pesquisa Conflito, Cidadania e Direitos Humanos. Autor dos livros "A Efetivação do Direito Social à Educação na Primeira Infância no Brasil (Tirant lo Blanch), Teoria Constitucional Moderno-Contemporânea e a Positivação dos Direitos Humanos na Constituições Brasileiras (Editora UPF)", entre outras publicações. Membro fundador do Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Público Municipal (IBDPM-2008) e do Instituto Tropicos (Instituto Internacional de Direito, Cultura e Inovação (2021). Presidente da Comissão de Educação Jurídica da OAB/SC (2019-2021). Presidente da Comissão de Educação Jurídica da Subseção da OAB de Balneário Camboriú/SC. Membro Consultivo da Comissão Nacional de Educação Jurídica da OAB (2022/2025).
