Bacharel em Trompete (2004), Mestre em Música (2007) e Doutor em Música (2021) pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Bacharel em Direito (2008) pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Atuou como Professor de Trompete na Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (MG) ? de 2010 a 2014 ? e desde 2014 exerce o cargo de Professor de Trompete na Escola de Música da UFRJ. Atua como docente colaborador no PROMUS (Programa de Pós-graduação Profissional em Música da UFRJ) e é membro do Quinteto de Metais da UFRJ.
Integra o grupo de pesquisa ''Cognição Musical em Processos Criativos'' (CMPC), desenvolvendo pesquisas relacionadas à aprendizagem musical autorregulada, avaliação/intervenção microanalítica e pedagogia da performance musical.
Atuou como músico instrumentista na Orquestra Sinfônica do Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro (OSTM) e na Orquestra Sinfônica Brasileira (OSB), e como músico convidado na Orquestra Petrobrás Sinfônica (OPES).
Bachelor in Trompete (2004) and Master in Music / Musicology (2007) by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Bachelor of Laws (2008) from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). PhD student in PPGM by the Music School of UFRJ, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Marcos Nogueira, in the research line ?Interpretative practices and their reflective processes?. An ongoing research addresses an application of self-regulated learning theory in the acquisition of autonomy in higher education music education (bachelor's degree in instrument) and performance pedagogy. Integration or research group ?Musical Cognition in Creative Processes? (CMPC). He acted as a trumpet teacher at the Federal University of Uberlândia (MG), from 2010 to 2014, and since 2014 he has held the charge of a trumpet teacher at the UFRJ School of Music. He works as a collaborating professor in PROMUS (Professional Graduate Program in Music) and is a member of the Metal Quintet at UFRJ. He performed as an instrumentalist in the Symphonic Orchestra of the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro (OSTM) and in the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra (OSB), and as a guest musician in the Petrobrás Sinfônica Orchestra (OPES).
