Graduado em Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul ? PUCRS (2004). Mestre em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul ?UFRGS (2011); especialista [Master degree] em Política Americana pela CUA (2014); Possui o título de especialista em Direito, Economia e Democracia Constitucional pela UFRGS (2006) e em Estudos Sociais, Econômicos e Políticos Avançados pela University of Notre Dame ?ND (2011). Tem experiência como advogado nas áreas de Direito Político e Eleitoral, Direito do Trabalho, e Direito Civil. Participou como jurado na etapa brasileira do Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (2006). Apresentou trabalhos no XXVII Congresso Mundial da Associação Internacional de Filosofia do Direito e Filosofia Social - IVR (2015) e no Iowa Congress of Presidential Politics (2015). Palestrou no Russell Kirk Center, em Mecosta/MI, EE.UU., nas edições do Seminário Internacional para Lusófonos; no VII Colóquio Sul-Americano de Realismo Jurídico; e na ULBRA, Faculdades Dom Bosco, FACENSA e FACOS/CNEC, para alunos do curso de Direito.
