Professor Adjunto - IV da Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei (UFSJ). Doutor em Educação pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) na Linha de pesquisa Educação e Ciências. Mestre em Educação pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) na linha de pesquisa Educação Escolar: Instituições, sujeitos e currículos. Licenciado em Ciências Biológicas pela Universidade Federal de Alfenas (UNIFAL-MG). Atualmente é coordenador do Programa Residência Pedagógica no curso de Licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas da UFSJ. Membro do Núcleo Docente Estruturante do Curso de Ciências Biológicas da UFSJ. Membro da Comissão de Integração para Políticas de Formação de Professores da Educação Básica da UFSJ (CIPROF). Leciona no curso de Ciências Biológicas e no Programa de Pós-Graduação - Mestrado em Educação da UFSJ. Tem experiência na área de Educação, com ênfase em Formação de Professores de Ciências da Natureza, Ensino Superior, Currículo e Teoria Ator-Rede. Como referenciais teóricos oriundos desses campos do conhecimento tem se dedicado a investigar processos de educação científica, em especial, a formação de professores e de cientistas, em variados espaços sociais.

Master in Education from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) in the research line School Education: Institutions, subjects and curricula. Degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Alfenas (UNIFAL-MG). He is currently coordinator of the Pedagogical Residency Program in the Licentiate Degree in Biological Sciences at UFSJ. Member of the Structuring Teaching Nucleus of the Biological Sciences Course at UFSJ. Member of the Integration Commission for Policies for the Training of Basic Education Teachers at UFSJ (CIPROF). He teaches in the Biological Sciences course and in the Post-Graduate Program - Master in Education at UFSJ. He has experience in the field of Education, with an emphasis on Science Teacher Education, Higher Education, Curriculum and Actor-Network Theory. As theoretical references from these fields of knowledge, I have been dedicated to investigated processes of scientific education, in particular, in teachers and scientists education, in different social spaces.
