Graduado em Direito pela Escola de Direito da UFOP (2010). Professor Titular de Teoria da Constituição e Direito Constitucional I e II da FUNCESI. Professor de Ações Constitucionais da Pós-Graduação em Direito Público do Centro Universitário Newton Paiva. Desenvolveu pesquisa na Linha de Pesquisa "Poder, cidadania e desenvolvimento no Estado Democrático de Direito", no Projeto Estruturante "A justiça social e os fundamentos ético-políticos dos direitos humanos e da autoridade política", na Área de Estudos "Direitos humanos, democracia e jurisdição constitucional".
