Doutor em Educação (Metodologia de Ensino) pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos/São Paulo. Mestre e Especialista em Psicologia (Teoria e Pesquisa do Comportamento) pela Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA) onde também cursou a Graduação em Psicologia (Bacharelado, Formação de Psicólogo e Licenciatura). É professor Titular e pesquisador da referida instituição, com experiência em gestão acadêmica e cooperação internacional universitária. Atualmente é Secretário-Geral da Reitoria.
PhD in Education (Methodology of Teaching) from the Federal University of São Carlos / São Paulo. Master and Specialist in Psychology (Theory and Behavior Research) at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) where he also studied Psychology (Baccalaureate, Psychologist and Licentiate Training). He is an Associate Professor III and a researcher at the UFPA, in Psychology, with emphasis on the interface with Education in the training of students and publication of scientific papers, and in the Graduate Program in Public Safety (Multidisciplinary Program). He has experience in academic administration at UFPA (Vice-Direction of the Faculty of Psychology) and the University of Cape Verde (Uni-CV) where he developed, from 2009 to 2013, international cooperation activities, leading then Department of Humanities and Social Sciences and integrating the Rectoral Team to assist in the development of the institution in various post-installation sectors, in the service of the university of origin, and where he collaborates in the Master's degree in Public Security and in the Doctoral Degree in Education. He is currently Secretary General of the Rector's Office of UFPA.
