Postdoctoral fellow with a CAPES scholarship from PPGD/UNIJUÍ, within the scope of the PDPG/CAPES Project entitled "Right to Housing, Neoliberalism and Vulnerability: the violation of human rights and the environmental consequences", under the supervision/guidance of Professor Dr. Elenise Felzke Schonardie. Doctor and Master in Law by the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Law - Master and Doctorate in Human Rights - at the Regional University of the Northwest of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (UNIJUÍ), with a full scholarship from the Coordination for the Improvement of Level Personnel Superior (CAPES). Thesis defended on 02/17/2023, with emphasis on its quality, mention of praise and indication of publication of the thesis as a book for the wide dissemination of academic-scientific knowledge. Integrant member of the UNIJUÍ PPGD Research Line: Democracy, Human Rights and Development. Bachelor of Laws from UNIJUÍ, with an academic award for obtaining the second best arithmetic average (92.09) of the 53rd Law Class of UNIJUÍ - Campus Ijuí/RS (2/2016). Effective Professor (Public Servant) of the Higher Teaching Career of the Graduate Course in Law at the Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA, Campus São Borja/RS). She has an Advanced English Course at Escola de Idiomas Yázigi (2012-2016). She is currently a member researcher and technical manager of the Research Group certified by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq): Human Rights, Governance and Democracy (Mundus), carrying out activities with an emphasis on Public Law, encompassing, in a comprehensive way, research involving the themes of human rights, theory of the State, democracy, governance, neoliberalism, globalization, risk society, nationalism, pluralist cosmopolitanism, right to housing, socio-environmentalism and social vulnerability. She also acts as an assistant professor (Post-Doctorate level) in the orientation of scientific initiation scholarship holders (undergraduate level in Law) and masters/doctoral scholarship holders (Post-Graduate level in Law) under the coordination of Professor Dr. Gilmar Antonio Bedin and Professor Elenise Felzke Schonardie. She is the digital editor and founder of the website www.gpmundus.com.br, as well as the respective social networks (@gpmundus-Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) of the Mundus Research Group. She participates in the activities of the Cinema Human Rights extension project, linked to the PPGD-Master and Doctorate in Human Rights-from UNIJUÍ. She is a collaborator of Projeto Ruptura, Civil Society Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and research association. Member of the scientific council of the Brazilian Academy of International Law (ABDI) and of the Bulletin of the Brazilian Society of International Law (SBDI). She has experience in the field of Applied Social Sciences, specifically in the area of Public Law. Member of the National Council for Research and Graduate Studies in Law (CONPEDI). Doutora e Mestra em Direito pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu em Direito - Mestrado e Doutorado em Direitos Humanos - da Universidade Regional do Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (UNIJUÍ), com bolsa integral da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES). Tese defendida em 17/02/2023, com destaque pela sua qualidade, menção de louvor e indicação de publicação da tese como livro para a ampla difusão do conhecimento acadêmico-científico. Membro integrante da Linha de Pesquisa do PPGD da UNIJUÍ: Democracia, Direitos Humanos e Desenvolvimento. Bacharela em Direito pela UNIJUÍ, com láurea acadêmica pela obtenção da segunda melhor média aritmética (92.09) da 53 Turma de Direito da UNIJUÍ - Campus Ijuí/RS (2/2016). Professora Efetiva (Servidora Pública) da Carreira do Magistério Superior do Curso de Graduação em Direito da Universidade Federal do Pampa (UNIPAMPA, Campus São Borja/RS). Possui Curso de Inglês Avançado pela Escola de Idiomas Yázigi (2012 - 2016). Atualmente, é pesquisadora integrante e responsável técnica do Grupo de Pesquisa certificado pelo Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq): Direitos Humanos, Governança e Democracia (Mundus), exercendo atividades com ênfase no Direto Público, abarcando, de forma abrangente, pesquisas que envolvem as temáticas de direitos humanos, teoria do Estado, democracia, governança, neoliberalismo, globalização, sociedade de risco, nacionalismo, cosmopolitismo pluralista, direito à moradia, socioambientalismo e vulnerabilidade social. Atua, também, como professora assistente (nível de Pós-Doutorado) na orientação de bolsistas de iniciação científica (nível de Graduação em Direito) e bolsistas de mestrado/doutorado (nível de Pós-Graduação em Direito) sob a coordenação do Professor Dr. Gilmar Antonio Bedin e da Professora Elenise Felzke Schonardie.
