Lawyer, public servant of career since 2001, was Municipal Secretary of Health (2016-2017), Municipal Councilor of Health of Limeira / SP (2006-2016), member of the Worker's Health Program (2009-2016), President of the Commission for the Unification of the Inspection Body (2014-2015), member of the Environmental Planning and Management Council (2012-2015), among other commissions and regulatory and control groups in the Municipal Administration; For more than 12 years he has been Director of the Health Surveillance Department of the Municipality of Limeira / SP (current load) and Counselor of the Criminal Execution Court - CCVEC de Limeira / SP (current). He is Professor of the Lato Senso Postgraduate Course in Medical, Dental and Health Law in the disciplines of Administrative Law and Public Health of the Paulista Institute of Bioethical and Legal Studies - IPEBJ, in Ribeirão Preto / SP. He is lecturer of several courses and professor of Administrative, Constitutional, Sanitary Law, State Regulation of Economic Activities and General Theory of State. CCVEC de Limeira/SP (atual). É Professor do curso de pós-graduação lato senso em Direito Médico, Odontológico e da Saúde nas disciplinas de Direito Administrativo e Saúde Pública do Instituto Paulista de Estudos Bioéticos e Jurídicos - IPEBJ, em Ribeirão Preto/SP.
