Gilmar Pereira da Cruz Júnior

Doutorando e Mestre em Engenharia Elétrica pelo PPGEE-UFMG atuando na área de controle, automação e robótica. Possui graduação em Engenharia de Controle e Automação na Universidade Federal de Pelotas - UFPel. Possui formação técnica em Instrumentação Eletrônica e Controle de Processos e aprendizagem em Manutenção Elétrica Industrial. Tem experiência na área de Instalações elétricas - edifícios e indústria, e Instrumentação Eletrônica. Possui experiencia na execução de Projeto Elétrico, Projeto Lógico e Sistemas de Proteção Contra Descargas Atmosféricas - SPDA. Seu interesse de pesquisa inclui robótica móvel, localização e mapeamento simultâneos, planejamento de movimentos de robôs, filtro adaptativo e manipulador robótico

Ph.D. Student and Master in Electrical Engineering at PPGEE-UFMG working in the area of control, automation and robotics. He received a Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from the Universidade Federla de Pelotas-UFPel. Has technical training in Electronic Instrumentation and Process Control and qualification in Industrial Electrical Maintenance. He has experience in the field of Electrical Installations - Buildings and Industry, and Electronic Instrumentation. He has experience in the execution of Electrical Design, Logical Design and Protection Systems against Atmospheric Discharges - SPDA. His research interests include mobile robotics, simultaneous location and mapping, robot motion planning, adaptive filtering, and robotic manipulator.
