Professor convidado da Escola Superior da Magistratura do Estado de Santa Catarina (ESMESC). Professor em cursos de Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu. Leciona e pesquisa nas áreas de Teoria do Direito, Direito Administrativo e Direito Ambiental, com especial interesse no estudo da democracia deliberativa, argumentação jurídica, direitos humanos, direitos fundamentais e decisão judicial. He works in the areas of Legal Theory and Legal Argumentation, as well as in the relationship between Law and public administration, sustainability, philosophy, sociology, political science and hermeneutics. The Professor has a special interest in the study of deliberative democracy and theories of discourse, democracy, judicial decision and justice, along with the reasoning of human and fundamental rights and the effectiveness of diffuse and collective rights.
