Has experience in Science and Technology of the Food, focusing on Technology of Beverage, acting on the following subjects: bebida, irms, adulteration, beverage and legislation.
I am currently the owner of BevHall Gourmet and professor at Senac Botucatu. I work through Active Methodologies in the Safe Food Program (PAS)
