Tailane Scapin

Doutora em Nutrição pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), com período sanduíche (2019/2021) no The George Institute for Global Health da University of New South Wales (Sydney, Austrália) financiado com recursos do PDSE/CAPES. Atualmente é pesquisadora do Global Centre for Preventive Health and Nutrition (GLOBE) da Deakin University (Melbourne, Austrália) e coorientadora de mestrado do Programa de Pos-Graduação em Nutrição da UFSC. Membro do Núcleo de Pesquisa de Nutrição em Produção de Refeições (NUPPRE) da UFSC. Tem experiência na área de alimentação e nutrição, atuando principalmente nos temas: açúcares, rotulagem de alimentos, comportamento do consumidor e ambientes alimentares. PhD student in Nutrition of the Graduate Program in Nutrition (PPGN) of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Associate degree in Culinary Managment at the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFSC) (2018). She was a Substitute Professor at the Department of Nutrition of UFSC (2016-2017) in the area of #8203;#8203;Nutrition in Food Service. She holds a Master's Degree in Nutrition from the Graduate Program in Nutrition at UFSC (2014-2016). She holds a bachelor's degree in Nutrition from UFSC (2009-2013), a period in which she participated in the Tutorial Education Program - PET Nutrition (2010-2012), and she had a scientific iniciation volunteer scholarship (2011-2012). Participant in the research groups Nutrition and Health and Nutrition in Foodservice Research Center (NUPPRE) of UFSC in the National Directory of Research Groups of CNPq. It works mainly in the subjects: food service, food label, added sugars and food behavior.
