Ilyes Dammak

Dr. Ilyes Dammak received a B.Sc. (Ing.) in Food Engineering (2009) and an M.Sc. in Food Engineering (2011) at the University of Sfax (Tunisia), and a Ph.D. in Food Engineering (2014) at the University of Tsukuba (Japan). He then did Post-Doctoral Research at the University of São Paulo (Brazil) before starting at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). He is now an assistant professor at the University of Kairouan and doing research in Food Engineering.
graduation at Food Engineering from National School of Engineers of Sfax (2009), master's at Food Engineering from National School of Engineers of Sfax (2011) and doctorate at Doctoral Program in Appropriate Technology and Sciences for Sustainable Dev from University of Tsukuba (2014). Has experience in Science and Technology of the Food, focusing on Food Engineering, acting on the following subjects: β-caroteno, biopolímeros, non-thermal technologies, physicochemical parameters and separation process.
