Doctoral student in Constitutional Law at the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research-IDP. Master in Private and Economic Law (2009) from the Federal University of Bahia. Specialist in Civil Law and State Law from the Federal University of Bahia. Specialist in Electoral Law by the Institute for Democratic Development IDDE Faculdade de Direito Padre Arnaldo Janssen. He completed his Bachelor of Laws in 2004 at the Federal University of Bahia. Between 2005 and 2008, in addition to the academic activities related to the specializations he was studying, he was a lawyer and provided consultancy in the areas of Constitutional, Civil, Administrative and Electoral Law. He was a special advisor at the Secretariat of Justice, Citizenship and Human Rights between 2007 and 2008. Since 2007 he has been teaching in undergraduate courses in Law. He was a substitute professor at the Federal University of Bahia, teaching Theory of Law and Legal Hermeneutics; at the Centro Universitário Católica do Tocantins UniCatólica, as an adjunct professor, he taught the disciplines of Theory of Law, Philosophy of Law, Electoral Law, among other disciplines in the undergraduate course in Law. He also taught at undergraduate level in other higher education institutions, at graduation in Law in Salvador-Ba, at UNIRB and in the state of Tocantins at Faculdade de Palmas FAPAL, at Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa Importa IEPO. In addition to graduation, he works in Lato Sensu Specialization courses in the state of Tocantins, at the Federal University of Tocantins and at the Institute of Applied Law to the Public Sector IDASP. He taught at the Graduate Programs at the Federal University of Tocantins UFT, as a visiting professor. Since 2021, he has been a visiting professor and research consultant for Masters and Doctorates at Escola Superior da Magistratura Tocantinense ESMAT, teaching classes in Lato Sensu Postgraduate courses and in refresher and improvement courses in the area of Scientific Research Methodology. Since 2008, he has been part of the staff of the Regional Electoral Court, occupying the position of Judicial Analyst - Judicial Specialty - serving in the legal advisory of Judge Member of the Court, also developing legal research activities related to Theory of Law, Theory of Gender, Feminisms, Legal Hermeneutics, General Theory of Process and Electoral Law and serving as a collaborator in permanent programs of political and legal education within the scope of the Electoral Judiciary School at the Regional Electoral Court of Tocantins.

Especialista em Direito Eleitoral pelo Instituto para o desenvolvimento democrático IDDE Faculdade de Direito Padre Arnaldo Janssen. Concluiu o Bacharelado em Direito em 2004 pela Universidade Federal da Bahia. Entre 2005 e 2008, além das atividades acadêmicas relacionadas às especializações que cursava, advogou e prestou consultoria na área de Direito Constitucional, Civil, Administrativo e Direito Eleitoral. Foi assessor especial na Secretaria de Justiça, Cidadania e Direitos Humanos entre 2007 e 2008. Desde 2007 desenvolve atividade docente em cursos de graduação em Direito. Foi professor substituto na Universidade Federal da Bahia, lecionando Teoria do Direito e Hermenêutica Jurídica; no Centro Universitário Católica do Tocantins UniCatólica, como professor adjunto, lecionou na graduação em Direito as disciplinas de Teoria do Direito, Filosofia do Direito, Direito Eleitoral, entre outras disciplinas. Também lecionou na graduação em outras instituições de nível superior, na graduação em Direito em Salvador-Ba, na UNIRB e no estado do Tocantins na Faculdade de Palmas FAPAL, no Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa Objetivo IEPO. Além da graduação atua em cursos de Especialização Lato Sensu no estado do Tocantins, na Universidade Federal do Tocantins e no Instituto de Direito Aplicado ao Setor Público IDASP. Lecionou nas Pós-Graduações da Universidade Federal do Tocantins UFT, como professor convidado. Desde 2021 atua como professor convidado e consultor de pesquisa para os Mestrados e Doutorados na Escola Superior da Magistratura Tocantinense ESMAT, ministrando aula nos cursos de Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu e em cursos de atualização e aperfeiçoamento na área de Metodologia da Pesquisa Científica. Desde 2008, faz parte do quadro de Servidores do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral, ocupando o cargo de Analista Judiciário - Especialidade Judiciário - servindo na assessoria jurídica de Juiz Membro da Corte, desenvolvendo, também, atividades de pesquisa jurídica relacionada a Teoria do Direito, Teoria de Gênero, Feminismos, Hermenêutica Jurídica, Teoria Geral do Processo e Direito Eleitoral e servindo como colaborador em programas permanentes de educação política e jurídica no âmbito da Escola Judiciária Eleitoral no Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Tocantins.
