Mestre em Direito Internacional pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, com foco em Direito Internacional Econômico, Direito Internacional dos Investimentos, Direito Internacional Privado e Arbitragem Internacional. Coordenador do Grupo de Estudos em Direito Internacional do Investimento Estrangeiro (GEDINV/USP) e do Grupo de Estudos em Arbitragem e Infraestrutura do CJA/CBMA. Vice Presidente do CJA/CBMA para Regionalização. Advogado com atuação em Contencioso e Arbitragem, envolvendo matérias de direito comercial, infraestrutura, direito regulatório, direito contratual e direito societário.

PhD Candidate in International Law at the University of São Paulo. Master in International Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, with a focus on International Economic Law, International Investment Law, and Private International Law. Coordinator of the Study Group on International Foreign Investment Law (GEDINV / USP) and the CJA/CBMA's Study Group on Arbitration and Infrastructure. CJA/CBMA Ambassador in São Paulo. Former coordinator of the Center for Studies and Research in International Law - NEPEDI / UERJ, and former Teaching Assistant of the specialization courses (LL.M.) of FGV Direito Rio (Litigation, Regulatory Law and Business Law). Lawyer with expertise in Litigation and Arbitration, involving matters of International Trade, Infrastructure and Corporate Law. Former Rapporteur for South America of Young OGEMID Forum and volunteer collaborator of Case Law On UNCITRAL Texts (CLOUT) Brazil. Member of the CISG Brasil Collaborative Network, of the Sociedad Latinoamericana de Derecho Internacional (LASIL-SLADI), of the Young Arbitrators Forum of the International Chamber of Commerce (YAF -ICC), Young ICCA, and the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr).
