Graduated in Mechanical Engineering by UFES (1976), Master in Mechanical Engineering by UFSC (1980) and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering - Automation by UFES (2007). Currently, is Voluntary Professor of Mechanical Engineering Department of UFES. Have Mechanical Engineering experience , with emphasis on the Legged Mobile Robotics, CAD / CAM and Mechanical Control Systems. Works mainly in legged mobile robotic technology and CAD / CAM.Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from UFES (1976), Master in Mechanical Engineering at UFSC (1980), Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering - Automation, UFES (2007), Post doctoral work in exoskeletons (Oct 2009-Out2010) at the Center for Automatic and Robotics (CAR / UPM-CSIC) in Spain, Professor of Mechanical Engineering at UFES; Experience in Mechanical Engineering, with emphasis on Legged Mobile Robotics, Exoskeletons, Mechatronics, CAD / CAM and Control of Mechanical Systems. Areas of interest: Exoskeletons and Legged Mobile Robots.
Possui graduação em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (1976), mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (1980) e doutorado em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (2007). Atualmente é Professor Voluntário da Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Elétrica, com ênfase em Robótica, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: robôs a pernas, robôs móveis, controle de ensaio de qualidade, periféricos e instrumentação digital.
