José Reis de Geus

Master in Music from the Federal University of Goiás under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Adriana Fernandes, Licensed and Bachelor in clarinet, teacher and arranger, specializing in the research and performance of brasilian choro and related musical genres. In the artistic circles of Goiás, he is known as "Zé do Choro", working as a teacher at the Gustav Ritter Institute and at the Hugo de Carvalho Ramos Military Police College. He is currently a doctoral student at the School of Communication and Arts at the Federal University of São Paulo, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Walter Garcia.

Mestre em Música pela Universidade Federal de Goiás sob a orientação da Prof. Dra. Adriana Fernandes, Licenciado e Bacharel em clarinete, professor e arranjador, tendo como especialidade a pesquisa e a performance do choro e gêneros musicais afins. No meio artístico goianiense é conhecido como "Zé do Choro", atuando como docente no Instituto Gustav Ritter e no Colégio da Polícia Militar Hugo de Carvalho Ramos. Atualmente, é doutorando do Programa de Pós-Graduação da Escola de Comunicação e Artes da Universidade Federal de São Paulo, sob a orientação do Prof. Dr. Walter Garcia.
