Professor de Direito Internacional Privado na Escola de Direito de Brasília (EDB/IDP) e chefe da Assessoria Especial de Assuntos Internacionais do Ministério da Mulher, da Família e dos Direitos Humanos. Foi Professor de Direito Internacional Público e Direito Internacional Privado no Centro Universitário de Brasília - UniCEUB (2001-2015) e Professor de História do Direito na EDB/IDP (2012-2013).
