I developed undergraduate researches in two analytical chemistry areas apllied to foods in UFG (Universidade Federal de Goiás): essential oils by GC-MS; and atomic absorption using spectrophotometer, both coupled to chemometrics. In addiiton, I was organic chemistry monitor in UFG during the undergraduate. My master's degree was carried out also in UFG applied to quantification by NMR coupled to chemometrics in foods area. I developed my PhD research in UFSCar (Universidade Federal de São Carlos-SP) applied to qNMR, chemometrics, and HPLC-UV-SPE-NMR, as well as a PhD Sandwich at University of Toronto applied to HPLC-(UV/MS)-SPE-Gilson-NMR and CMP-NMR probe. I developed different postdoctoral researches at Federal University of Ceara partnership with Embrapa Agroindustria Tropical in food science by qNMR, GC-MS, HPLC-MS, NIR, sensorial, among others, all coupled to chemometrics. Nowadays, I'm Professor at Federal University of Ceara in Food Engineering Department.
